Andrew is a certified Biblical Counselor with the Association of Biblical Counselors (ABC), and a Pastor with Church 21 in Montréal, Québec Canada. Most of his post-secondary training has been in theology, and in more recent years he has grown in the practice of helping others to be healed of life’s wounds through the love of Jesus, and to be made more into his likeness. He has been privileged to see the Spirit use the word to bring transformation to the lives of others, and is grateful for every opportunity to do so. He is married to his wife Jenny, and enjoys spending time with his family, good books, and getting fresh air in nature.

Nancy loves Jesus. At 41 years old, through a Bible Study, she realized how exhausted she was. She decided to stop trying to fix herself and submitted herself to her Lord. He has faithfully grown her as she clings to His Word. Nancy is astounded by God’s Grace towards her and delights in seeing others transformed by His Word. She is a certified Biblical Counselor with the Association of Biblical Counselors, a Christian Trauma Care Provider, CTHN and has a BA in Psychology from Concordia.

Certified Biblical Counselor, ABCJanis counsels from a heart rooted in gratitude and dependence on the Father’s compassion for His children revealed throughout Scripture. She believes by faith and relies upon the sufficiency of God’s grace to instruct and counsel in the way He has prepared us to know and trust Him with our lives. Janis is thoughtful and attentive in walking alongside those who suffer with grief, loss, relational issues, addiction, shame, anxiety, and depression. Janis enjoys co-labouring with her husband in their street ministry that befriends those in need of prayer, emotional, spiritual, psychological and physical care. Janis is a certified Biblical Counselor through ABC.

Areni is a certified Biblical Counselor with the Association of Biblical Counselors (ABC). She has a passion to minister to people, and uses her gifts in listening, empathy and emotional sensitivity to understand the person who is struggling. Her goal in counseling ministry is to help people see the glory of God amidst their struggles and bring the comfort and the power of Scripture into their lives.

She genuinely cares about you and sees you for who you ought to be ( in the eyes of God ) and encourages you to keep the path and keep moving in the right direction even if in the moment you may feel it's not possible and you are in a sunken or dark place. She is humble and understands how sensitive certain topics can be and she won't impose her ideas but rather show you support and is very sensitive when imparting any ideas or recommendations (first she tries to see if that's even what you want or if you want to be heard) for me, I appreciated that so much. She is blessed and gifted in her listening skills and I feel that God really set her up with a good moral compass and equally compassionate/non-judgemental ears to hear. Definitely go for her if you want someone who genuinely cares and can go deep and isn't afraid to sit with you in a dark hour.

Originally from Germany, Petra completed her nursing training in 1990 and has since pursued a variety of theological, ministry, and counseling trainings. She is currently working toward her second certification in biblical counseling and recently completed the Biblical Victim Care course and the Light in the Darkness church training through Clarity in Action.
Having personally benefited from counseling herself, Petra understands both the vulnerability and courage it can take to seek help and process difficult experiences.
She is especially passionate about walking alongside individuals affected by church hurt, abuse, and other difficult or hard-to-name experiences. She is drawn to the tender and often messy places in people’s stories and seeks to create space for honest questions, thoughtful processing, healing, and hope at a sustainable pace.
With humility, compassion, and a collaborative mindset, Petra seeks to thoughtfully engage each person’s story while pointing them toward a deeper relationship with Jesus Christ and His love.
Petra and her husband have four wonderful adult children and one amazing son-in-law. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her children and grandchildren, getting to know people, hiking, swimming, cooking, baking, and creative projects.

Brian adheres to the Church 21 Statement of Faith and aligns with The Fellowship of Evangelical Baptist Churches of Canada. He also stands in agreement with the Nashville Statement that represents and defines a coalition for Biblical sexuality.
Brian Alton is a Certified Biblical counselor, through the Association of Biblical Counselors (ABC), Is a board member of the Canadian Biblical Counseling Coalition, a Level 1 Certified Christian Trauma Care Provider, is a recognized Smart Stepfamily Therapy provider, has attended Briercrest Bible College and Seminary, and the Christian Counseling & Education Foundation (CCEF).
Brian has a shepherd’s heart and is grateful that God has invited him to participate in the delivery of God’s grace. Brian is married to his amazing wife Judy and they have a blended family of four children.
Brian loves the great outdoors, particularly in the warmer months, and can be found hiking in the backcountry of Quebec and Northeastern USA.
